Your account

You are responsible for activity on your account. You keep ownership of everything you put into Daybird.

Using Daybird

Use Daybird only for lawful purposes and only with accounts and data you are allowed to use. Do not try to break, overload or get around the service’s security.

AI features

Daybird AI can be wrong. Check important details, such as dates, times and anything it offers to change, before relying on them.

The service

Daybird is provided as is, without warranties. Features may change, and the service may be unavailable at times. To the extent the law allows, Daybird is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for missed events or deadlines.

Ending use

You can stop using Daybird at any time and ask for your account to be deleted. Access may be suspended for misuse of the service.
