Day, three days, or the week

Look at one day when you need to focus, three when you’re planning ahead, or the whole week to see how everything fits. Drag an event to move it.

Month for the big picture

Month shows which days are filling up. Multi-day plans stretch across their dates and colors carry through, so busy weeks stand out early.

A list when you’d rather read

The list view puts your plans in order, one day after another, with times and places. It’s the quickest way to see what’s next.

Choose a view for the decision you are making

Use the week view before committing to another meeting: it helps you see the time already spoken for. Switch to a day view when you need to decide what fits between two appointments. The three-day view gives you a little more context without showing an entire week.

For a trip or a deadline several weeks away, start in month view, then return to the day or week to work out the details. These are different views of the same calendar, so switching views does not move or duplicate your events.
